939 Bet Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 939 Bet platform, accessible at 939bet.io. 939 Bet is an online sports betting and casino platform operated under a valid international gaming licence. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on 939 Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account and uses 939 Bet services.
• "Account" — the individual account created by a player upon registration, used to access the Platform and conduct transactions.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the currency used for all transactions on 939 Bet.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, free spin or matched deposit amount awarded by 939 Bet under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer. The identity and address verification process 939 Bet is required to conduct before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the player into their 939 Bet account that are available for betting and withdrawal, separate from any bonus balance.

939 Bet is required under its operating licence to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This process is called KYC — Know Your Customer. It is a standard requirement across all legitimate online gaming platforms worldwide.

Verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back.

939 Bet does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge transaction fees on their end — please check with your payment provider if you are unsure. All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on 939 Bet. Depositing funds solely for the purpose of immediate withdrawal without any wagering activity is not permitted and may result in account review.

Withdrawal requests at 939 Bet are processed to the same payment method used for the account's most recent deposit wherever possible, as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and registered bank accounts via IBFT.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification will be asked to complete this process before the withdrawal is released.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• Your real money balance must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 500.
• Any active bonus balance must be handled per the relevant bonus terms — bonus funds cannot be directly withdrawn and must meet wagering requirements first.
• The withdrawal must be to a payment account registered in your own name.

939 Bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. These checks are carried out as quickly as possible. If a withdrawal request is delayed, the player will be notified with a reason and estimated timeline.

939 Bet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All active promotions are listed on the Promotions page with their specific terms. The general terms that apply to all 939 Bet bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The requirement is expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a Rs 1,000 bonus must be wagered a total of Rs 10,000 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn). The exact requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on 939 Bet contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, ludo and roulette contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Live dealer games may have a reduced contribution rate.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. The time limit is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one welcome bonus or deposit bonus can be active on an account at any time. Additional bonuses cannot be claimed until the active bonus is completed or expired.
• Bonus abuse: Using technical exploits, coordinated play across multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or any other strategy designed to abuse bonus terms will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure. 939 Bet's decision in such matters is final.

939 Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players by email or through a notification on the platform.

The following general rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity on 939 Bet:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 939 Bet. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion. A bet is only confirmed once a bet receipt number has been issued to the player.
• Odds: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. In-play odds may change rapidly during live events. If a bet is accepted, the odds shown on the bet receipt are final.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if a clear error in odds was made by 939 Bet. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account in full.
• Obvious errors: If an obvious pricing error is identified — for example, a team listed at odds so far outside market range that it cannot reasonably reflect an intended price — 939 Bet reserves the right to void affected bets. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are shown in the relevant sport's betting rules section within the platform. Bets will not be accepted at stakes that would result in a payout exceeding the listed maximum.
• Results: 939 Bet uses official results as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. In the case of disputes, the official governing body's decision is final.

The following rules apply to all casino-style games on 939 Bet, including Roulette, Live Dealer tables and Ludo Games cash rooms:

• RNG games: All non-live games (RNG Roulette, Ludo cash rooms, Virtual Sports) use a certified random number generator. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player.
• Live Dealer games: Live Dealer tables use real physical equipment operated by real dealers. The result is determined by the physical outcome (wheel landing, card dealt) and is final once confirmed by the dealer.
• Disconnection: If a player disconnects during a game session, the game will continue according to the platform's standard disconnection policy for that game type, as described in the relevant game rules within the platform. 939 Bet is not responsible for connection losses arising from the player's internet service.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that clearly affects game outcomes, 939 Bet will void the affected round and return all stakes. This is at the platform's sole determination.
• Ludo Games: Ludo cash room results are final once the game has ended and the winner has been determined. Disputes regarding Ludo game outcomes should be raised with support within 24 hours, accompanied by any available evidence.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 939 Bet. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players.
• Using 939 Bet for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers as described in Section 7.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 939 Bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping or attempting to access the platform's code, data or systems without authorisation.

939 Bet may suspend or close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, identity theft or money laundering activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
• At the player's own request — for example, as a self-exclusion measure.
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory instruction relating to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance associated with prohibited conduct may be forfeited. For closures not related to a breach — such as player-requested closures — the remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any applicable checks are completed.

939 Bet takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling is intended to be entertainment. If it stops being enjoyable or starts causing financial or emotional difficulties, it is important to act early. 939 Bet provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 72 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality checks: Pop-up notifications during play showing session duration and net win/loss.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from 939 Bet for a defined period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period ends.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 939 Bet's liability to any player is limited to the amount of their real money balance at the time any dispute arises. Specifically, 939 Bet is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Losses arising from the use of, or inability to access, the 939 Bet platform due to technical issues, server downtime or internet connection problems.
• Losses resulting from the player's own negligence, including unauthorised account access due to failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits 939 Bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.

939 Bet makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible. 939 Bet is not responsible for losses incurred by players due to inability to access the platform during such periods.

939 Bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect (where this is reasonably practicable). Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
